  • How close is the hotel to Dublin Airport?

    Maldron Hotel Dublin Airport is the closest hotel to Dublin Airport, only 3 minutes’ walk from both Terminals and offers complimentary 24-hour shuttle bus service.

  • Can I print my boarding pass?

    Airline check-in and complimentary boarding pass printing is available in hotel lobby along with airport flight status screens so you know exactly when to leave.

  • How often does the hotel shuttle bus operate?

    The 24-hour courtesy bus runs from the hotel to both Terminals 1 and 2 in Dublin Airport. It operates every 20 minutes between the hours of 4.00am – 10.00am and 6.00pm – 11.00pm. At all other times it operates every 30 minutes.

    Use the courtesy phone in arrivals hall to let us know you have landed then proceed to the pickup point. The most convenient pickup point for Terminal One is zone 8 or to the right as you exit Terminal Two arrivals door.

  • Can we check-in early?

    Rooms are available for check-in from 2.00pm. If you arrive before this time we can store luggage until room is available. To guarantee early arrival please contact reservations on +353 1 80 80 500 (additional charges may apply).

  • Can I weigh my bags?

    Baggage weighing is available in the lobby for access by all guests, nominal fee applies.

  • Is there somewhere I can store my luggage?

    Should you arrive early or depart late, out porter team would be delighted to store your luggage while you wait.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Maldron Hotel Dublin Airport offers free cancellation up to 2.00pm on the day of arrival for almost all reservations made on maldronhotels.com or maldronhoteldublinairport.com. Some special offers and key dates may specify a special cancellation policy, these will be clearly outlined in the terms & conditions.

    Reservations booked via on third party websites and online travel agents have their own cancellation policies, please refer to your confirmation email.

  • Are Corporate Rates available?

    Yes, corporate rates are available, should you wish to enquire about setting up a preferred agreement, please contact a member of our sales team on 01 8080 589.

  • Does the hotel have a restaurant?

    Yes, The Apron Restaurant offers an array of European & Asian dishes to tempt your taste buds. Each dish is carefully prepared by our team of expert chefs and is complimented by a fantastic choice of fine wines. Alternatively dine in The Sky Bar which serves a full menu as well as a wide range of drinks, snacks and coffees – we’re particularly proud of our cocktails.

  • Is car parking available?

    Secure on-site car parking is available (charge applies). Leave the car with us and take advantage of our great value Stay, Park & Fly offers.

  • Can we add extra bed/roll-away bed to the room?

    A limited number of rooms can accept roll-away beds or infant cribs, please contact our reservations team on +353 1 80 80 500 to check availability (additional charges apply).

  • What time is breakfast served?

    In-room breakfast to go bags are available for guests with very early flights. Breakfast is served in The Apron Restaurant from 6.00am until 10.30am daily.
